A diversified revenue stream is a key strategic priority at most nonprofit organizations throughout the country. Earned income through program service fees ebbs and flows as do grant dollars from federal, state, regional and local governments. Access to these resources on a consistent basis for the long-term sustainability of your nonprofit organization is becoming more challenging. Coupled with an increasing need for quality programs and services and the priority to remain flexible to address unforeseen challenges can keep most staff members and Board leaders awake many nights!

You’ll leave with an understanding as to why individual donors must be an important priority in your quest for a diversified income stream. Most importantly, you will become more knowledgeable in a few key strategies and tactics you can take home and put the pieces in place the following week.
