Workshop: Money Matters
March 12 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am
Money Matters: How Our Past Experiences with Money
Influences Our Fundraising
Many fundraisers do not realize their personal experiences with money—both past and present—influence their effectiveness with donors. Subtle thoughts and emotional blocks, many of which operate outside of our awareness, can sabotage fundraisers’ own efforts. The good news is that we can identify our individual challenges and overcome these stumbling blocks to improve our fundraising.
By the end of this hands-on session, participants will understand how their past experiences shape how they feel about money and, in turn, how this influences their fundraising. As a result, participants will be able to overcome common mental and emotional blocks to successful fundraising.
